The Hon. Darren West, MLC Member for Agricultural Region, Labor Party, visited Mukinbudin earlier today to present a cheque on behalf of Lotterywest for $417,852ex GST. This much needed funding will allow for the construction of new Childcare Facility (Boodie Rats) to replace the existing facility which was built in the early 1930's.
Shire President, Cr Gary Shadbolt, and Boodie Rats Committee President, Bronwyn Palm, gratefully accepting the grant documentation from Darren outside the Shire Administration Building today.
