Central East Accommodation & Care Alliance Inc (“CEACA Inc”) is a not-for-profit, charitable organisation and registered Community Housing Provider offering affordable living options for seniors, people living with disabilities and low-income households in the Wheatbelt region. CEACA currently has 63 two-bedroom rental properties in the following CEACA Member Shires:

Eligibility & Allocation

  • Applications are assessed fairly against our Eligibility Matrix.
  • Priority is given to seniors, applicants living with a disability or low-income households.

Lease Conditions

  • Main applicant must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
  • Our homes are strictly smoke-free.
  • Pets allowed (conditions apply).
  • Maximum of two persons to occupy.
  • Short and long-term leases offered.

How To Apply

More Homes for the Wheatbelt!

CEACA is currently progressing its Wheatbelt Expansion Project, which will deliver 54 new modular homes across 17 sites in the local government areas of Bruce Rock, Dowerin, Kellerberrin, Mt Marshall, Mukinbudin, Narembeen, Quairading, Westonia, Wyalkatchem and Yilgarn. This significant project is a collaboration between Federal, State and Local government and will increase the availability of quality housing, helping to strengthen communities across the Wheatbelt. Construction is expected to be completed over the next 20 months, with updates provided as new homes are delivered.

Please note that applications or expressions of interest are not being accepted at this stage. Information regarding eligibility, availability, and application processes will be released closer to the completion of each development.
